Project overview
Check out our recent work with EuroCham Cambodia.
We tackled this as a structural engineering challenge, not a cosmetic refresh. In just one month, we audited their legacy site and remapped the user journey. We turned a static shop window into an active hub that automatically surfaces weekly events and news. The new flow highlights membership benefits, includes a frictionless directory, and is heavily optimized for mobile speed.

Our strategy focused on speed, utility, and seamless conversion:
Dynamic Information Architecture: We engineered a dynamic homepage that automatically surfaces their high volume of weekly events and news, keeping the platform continuously relevant.
Optimized User Flow: The interface prioritizes clear membership benefits and features a frictionless, easily searchable member directory.
Performance First: We implemented strict optimizations for fast loading times and vastly improved mobile navigation to serve professionals on the go.

The Architecture Process
Phase 1: Discovery & Friction Mapping
Phase 1: Discovery & Friction Mapping
We initiated a discovery workshop to audit the current ecosystem and identify user drop-off points. The primary friction points were immediately clear: the member directory was difficult to navigate, and the inability to surface dynamic news on the homepage left the site feeling static, actively discouraging return visits.

Phase 2: Structural Wireframing
Phase 2: Structural Wireframing
Before applying any visual design, we translated their raw data and written requirements into a structural wireframe. This established the foundational scope and provided a visual blueprint, ensuring the client's conceptual vision perfectly aligned with the structural reality of the new user journey.

Phase 3: Scalable Design System
Phase 3: Scalable Design System
In parallel with the wireframing, we engineered a scalable design system branching from their core logo. This included defining strict typographic hierarchies, custom iconography, and functional color-coding (e.g., distinct visual cues separating 'Events' from 'News') to ensure long-term visual consistency.

Phase 4: Technical Alignment & Data Structuring
Phase 4: Technical Alignment & Data Structuring
To ensure a seamless transition for their internal team, the new frontend had to integrate directly with their existing legacy database. We architected the UI specifically around their asset size constraints and data fields, ensuring the layout would populate flawlessly once the developers plugged the new frontend into their existing backend for blog posts and events.

Phase 5: The 4-Week Sprint Methodology
Phase 5: The 4-Week Sprint Methodology
To execute this comprehensive redesign within a strict one-month timeline, we implemented an agile framework anchored by two mandatory alignment meetings per week. This rapid feedback loop prevented scope creep and helped the EuroCham team refine their own thoughts in real-time. By continuously visualizing progress, we were able to anticipate structural problems early, allowing for fast reworks without ever derailing the project timeline.
